As a native Arizonan and graduate from Arizona State University, Bill Rogers has been a top producing loan consultant for over ­­­17 years. President and founding partner, Bill was instrumental in the development of Homeowners Financial Group (HFG), its meteoric growth and its unique culture. One of the most important goals for Bill was to help create a special place to work, where all associates feel empowered knowing that they each host important roles in the success of the company.

Due to this emphasis, HFG is ranked as a Top 5 Best Place to Work, 6 years running, by the Phoenix Business Journal and is ranked as the 5th Largest Mortgage Banker in Arizona. As President, Bill was also recognized as one of Phoenix’s prestigious Top 40 Under 40 for the class of 2009 as well as one of the Top 1000 People to Know in Real Estate. He was a founding member of Arizona’s Housing Task Force, is on the curriculum and officer licensing committees for the Arizona School of Real Estate, Co-Chairs Phoenix Children’s Hospital Handprints of Hope, and lobbies in Washington, D.C. for the Mortgage Bankers Association. Bill’s most recent endeavor includes the development of the Homeowners Benefits Program, available to local employers, which he designed to educate, counsel, and assist employees with their financial and real estate related needs. The Arizona Real Estate Achievement Awards (AREA Awards) from AZ Business Magazine recently presented Bill with 2012 Mortgage Banker of the Year.
