Because of this he specializes in FHA loans, as they offer low down payment options to help borrowers qualify for financing sooner. Some home buyers may still qualify for loans with no down payment. For example, qualified US Military Veterans can obtain a VA loan. USDA also has no down payment loans for people looking to live in a rural area. Qualified areas in the greater Phoenix area include parts of Goodyear, Buckeye, Queen Creek, Santan Valley, Maricopa, and Casa Grande.
