About Diane L. Bennett

Diane began her journey in the mortgage industry in 2002. For ten years, she was a lead processor while also underwriting in the first four years. She began a support role to assist Loan Officers, eventually transitioning into an AVP management role where she aided in launching new mortgage locations across the country. Throughout her career, Diane has prioritized supporting others, from her colleagues to her clients. She follows a people-first philosophy, finding joy in creating relationships with her Agents and Buyers while guiding them through one of the biggest investments in their lives: Homeownership. Seeing her clients get their keys at closing is her favorite part of the business. She is there every step of the way to ensure a stress-free homebuying experience.

Born and raised in Fairfield, Ohio, Diane attended Southern Ohio College to obtain a degree in Business Management. She moved to Jacksonville FL in 1993. Throughout her career, she has obtained awards and recognitions for excellence in Customer Service. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family and friends, shooting pool, listening to live music, riding her Harley, and volunteering through her church both within her community and through mission trips abroad. She also loves spending time with her daughters Ashley and Danielle, the other two members of what they call “the three musketeers.”
