About Zach Maheu

As a former professional chef who pivoted to the mortgage industry several years ago, I’d be honored to cook up the perfect home loan for you! I enjoy working with all kinds of borrowers, but helping people and their families find their first home is an especially rewarding experience. My team makes it so wonderfully easy for everyone involved, so let us treat you to a stress-free mortgage experience!

I’m originally from New Hampshire and grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Having also lived in Phoenix, Denver, Houston, and Pittsburgh, I’ve found that Phoenix has the best weather, hands down! I am currently pursuing a degree in psychology from Arizona State University, which helps me in my part-time job as a behavior coach who helps struggling youth.

Outside of work and school I have many interests that keep me busy, including playing ice hockey and racquetball, working out like crazy, and riding my motorcycle. If I have any extra minutes left in my day, I enjoy all things sci-fi (audio books, movies, and TV shows) as well as indie video games. But I’m always able to make time for my dog Ellinore, a Border Collie mix I rescued when she was very young.
