Today, we shine the spotlight on Erin Dueck, the National Sales Executive Administrator who works her magic directly for our Founder/CEO, Bill Rogers. But let me tell you, Erin’s role extends far beyond her official title. Since joining our family in February 2020, Erin has been an indispensable asset to the company. Based out of our Corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ, she is not only Bill’s right-hand person but also the go-to superhero for any Homie in need. Need a problem solved? Erin’s got it covered. Need assistance in a jiffy? Erin is already one step ahead. She is like a real-life Mary Poppins, always ready with a solution tucked away in her “bag” of endless resources.
Working closely with our servant leader CEO, Erin is a master at anticipating Bill’s needs before he even knows he has them. From managing his busy schedule to coordinating important meetings and events, she ensures that everything runs like clockwork. Her ability to stay on top of things is nothing short of extraordinary, and her dedication to her role is an inspiration to us all. “In order to have a true IMPACT on the lives of others…you must combine selfless service with excellence in execution. Her most recent moment to show her range, was both literally and figuratively in the spotlight as she served as a cohost for our annual state of the union meeting. This year‘s all company event was broadcast to all branches across the country who shared many moments of insight and thought provoking conversation through our executive presentations and fantastic keynote speaker Kevin Brown who reminds us that the world needs more heroes. David King, Chief Brand Officer and Producer of the impactful event, raves about her ability to step into the light and deliver saying, “I’ve been coaching people how to comfortably deliver a message into a camera for over 15 years. Erin is by far the most naturally gifted I have ever worked with.”
But Erin’s talents don’t end at the office doors. When she’s not busy being a superstar at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her amazing husband and their four boys in the East Valley of the Phoenix Metro area. From chaperoning school events to being the number one cheerleader during sports and youth activities, Erin is a true family-oriented dynamo. Beyond her professional and family commitments, Erin has a knack for baking and sewing/crafting, which adds an extra dash of creativity to her already impressive skill set. And here’s a fun fact about Erin: she has a unique human trick up her sleeve! She can do the cauliflower thing with her tongue, leaving everyone around her in awe.
Erin’s vibrant personality and unwavering dedication brings joy and efficiency to our Homeowners Financial Group family. As the Mary Poppins quip goes, “In every job that must be done, there’s an element of fun.” And Erin embodies this mantra wholeheartedly, injecting humor and lightness into everything she does. Her positive attitude and can-do spirit inspire those around her to embrace challenges with a smile. On Erin’s bucket list is a dream vacation in Hawaii with her family. We have no doubt that she will make it happen, bringing her energy and enthusiasm to create unforgettable memories with her loved ones.
