Since joining Homeowners Financial Group in February 2023 as our HR Generalist, Cheyenne has been a steady and trusted presence—someone who ensures that every Homie feels supported, valued, and empowered from day one. Based out of our Scottsdale, AZ Corporate Office, she plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience across the entire organization.
HR is about far more than policies and processes—it’s about people. Cheyenne manages the full employee lifecycle with intention and care, from recruiting and onboarding new talent to supporting employee relations, benefits, performance conversations, and compliance. Whether she’s coordinating interviews, guiding new hires through orientation, or helping a Homie navigate a sensitive situation, she brings clarity, empathy, and calm to every interaction. That balance of professionalism and positivity doesn’t go unnoticed. As Ashlyn Pinter, Director of HR, puts it: “What in the world would I do without the other half of the small but mighty HR team!
