Homeowners Financial Group, an industry-leader in company culture, is proud to be named a Best Place to Work by the Sacramento Business Journal for 2020!

“It’s remarkable to see ongoing recognition and appreciation for the culture at HFG,” said Bill Rogers, Founder + CEO. “Best Places To Work is a fundamental program to us because it puts the employee experience right at the center of the process. I’m so proud of our team in Roseville for everything they’ve accomplished over the years and just knowing they feel valued and supported means everything.”

Since 2006, the Best Places to Work program has honored companies that have outstanding company culture and a work environment that is highly valued by the employees. The rankings are based on anonymous employee surveys that evaluate the organization’s engagement in teamwork, trust, compensation, and benefits.

“Our company culture itself is a major asset,” Diane Bacon, Branch Manager shared. “We believe that family comes first and pride ourselves on maintaining that style of company culture. We are proud of the presence and open ears we provide to all our employees.”

A virtual event was held for all 2020 Best Places to Work honorees on Thursday, October 15. To read more about the award criteria and view the full list of rankings, view the published article here.
