The word SOLID has many definitions:
Merriam-Webster: of good substantial quality
Cambridge Dictionary: made in a way that is strong
Dictionary.com: without openings or breaks
English slang: he is the best, that dude is solid

Regional Manager, Chris Viviano, describes his initial and ongoing interactions with this month’s Highlight: “I knew within the first few minutes of the interview, he was Homie material and needed to be on our team. My impression was confirmed once he came on board and totally WOW’ed. He continues to WOW his clients and loan officers with his detailed, compassionate and always professional service.” Further proving the solid way he goes about his interactions, Chris adds, “It’s no surprise he receives so many 5-star reviews on SocialSurvey from the clients and agents he serves.”

Adam Buttermore is an originating Branch Manager based out of our Houston, TX branch who joined HFG in July of 2019. In this role, Adam has dual responsibilities: one to his clients to deliver the highest level of service, and the other to his team to provide direction and assistance. As someone who loves challenges and helping people, he steps up to the plate every time – just like his favorite team, the Houston Astros. With another baseball reference, Adam is always looking to knock it out of the park with all his clients who are trusting him for their lending needs. Adam has experienced how HFG supports its salesforce explaining, “My first transaction with the company closed in 16 days which was 2 weeks ahead of contract. It sure was nice to be able to deliver this type of service to my agent and client!” Even so, he never settles: “With that, we are also always looking for ways to be better. If that means taking someone from one role and creating another role where they may be able to make a larger impact, we would do it.”

When Adam is not at the office he dedicates time to his church, giving back through a hands-on approach to service by reaching into the community, searching out those in need, and providing whatever support they can. He can also be seen around town on his bike, where of course, his dog rides along in the attached trailer behind him. Whether cruising in his Jeep, checking out the latest movie or just lounging with music, Adam recognizes, “Most importantly I just enjoy being around people I care about.”

Back at the office Adam has a solid vision of the company’s future and how he will directly impact that in a positive way, saying “This company is big enough to be competitive, yet small enough to be agile and nimble. I feel like my role as a Branch Manager has me on a career path with limitless opportunities. I intend to increase our growth with the right people in 2020, and I have no doubt that as we grow there will be even more opportunities.” Homeowners Financial Group looks forward to supporting Adam in the growing Houston market, and our Sales Transition Team is ready to coach and mentor your new originators as they join our family!

3 words that best describe Adam:  ProfessionalGenuine. Solid.
