Homie Highlight: Carisa Winklepleck

As “Girl On Fire” by Alicia Keys was blaring throughout the showroom, this month’s Homie Highlight elegantly walked up to the stage to receive the Top Producer of the Year award. She immediately stepped up to the microphone and stated, “I could not have done this without my team and without all of you.” Of course, she was addressing this to over 400 HFG employees in attendance at our annual State of the Union event in Scottsdale, AZ.

Joining Homeowners Financial Group in March of 2005, Carisa Winklepleck is a Licensed Mortgage Professional based out of our office in Chandler, AZ. This branch also received the award for Top Branch Production, which is not a coincidence as Carisa is always willing to help those around her by providing advice about growing your business, building a team, and managing a high amount of volume on a consistent basis.

We have a saying at HFG that “F stands for Family,” and there is no better showing of that than Carisa’s team known as the WIN Group. “She has a devotion to her team where each member is equal and they all work towards the same common goal of exceptional service, every time,” said Randy Koerner, National Sales Manager. The WIN Group has worked very hard to become the Top Lender for a large home builder in Arizona. Randy also noted, “Her rise was very rapid in becoming the top lender, which is not always normal. Those things take a lot of time, but her relentless approach and drive to be the best with her team by her side made it happen. I am proud of them all.

Also committed to community involvement, Carisa and her team members Molly McCormick, Jodie Koltes, Amy Lane, Natalie Glennen, June Walters, and Elena Toner are active participants in our annual charitable initiatives. Last summer, the Chandler Branch donated almost 1000 items to the Sojourner Center – a domestic violence service organization that provides emergency shelter, transitional housing, domestic violence education, and other services. They are already looking forward to their summer initiative where they will be collecting school supplies for a school system in the East Valley of the Phoenix metro area.

We congratulate Carisa on an amazing year and are excited to celebrate all of our President’s Club winners for both Sales and Operations during our amazing trip in May.
