This month’s Highlight champions this definition with her own experiences, saying, “When I started here I was a new mother still learning how to balance work and life at home and had my first true Homie moment. Homeowners gave me the comfort of their understanding that family comes first. Whether my work family or family at home, I feel empowered to manage my own balance.”
Pasha Yeager joined HFG in March 2015 and is an integral part of our Post-Closing department based out of the Scottsdale, AZ Corporate office. After our Client’s loan is funded, her role as Post Closing Coordinator is to audit the loan file to ensure the package meets Investor-specific delivery requirements. After validating accuracy, she prepares and ships the file while working with the Investor to ensure the loan is sold correctly and timely. Post Closing Manager Renea Aderhold professes about Pasha’s team-first attitude, “She does a tremendous job with whatever tasks she is given, and even tasks she takes on without being asked.” Known as a warm soul, Renea speaks of Pasha’s ability to lighten a room, “She is truly phenomenal – not only as a person but also as a co-worker, employee, and teammate. She brightens everyone’s day.”
Pasha’s gleaming personality shines most when she is with her family. She loves being with her husband Mickey, son Rory and stepdaughters Addison and Tinley. They also love animals, seriously. Their 2 cats Pumpkin and Delilah and their 3 dogs Marley, Coco and Kooie all get spoiled with affection. Don’t forget about their lizard, too! All her hard work during the week pays off as they love spending their weekends catching the latest movies and keeping cool from the AZ summer at nearby ice cream shops. They also have a blast at Dave & Busters for food, fun and Skee-Ball competitions (we have heard of some Dance Dance Revolution going on too, but Pasha has yet to confirm or deny that one).
The epitome of work-life balance, Pasha is ultra-appreciative of her supervisor Renea and the environment she fosters. Pasha states, “Having a great boss is the key to having a happy employee. Her acknowledgements to say ‘thank you’ personally, not via email, for my work efforts makes me feel like an individual and not just another employee. I am a valued employee here at Homeowners Financial Group.” We feel a hug is coming! Pasha is excited about her continued future as a wife and mother with many more accomplishments at HFG to come. “Employees are given the freedom and accountability to change their outlook in the workplace and their own results.” We look forward to supporting her journey and are proud of the example she sets for her HFG FAMILY.
