Homie Highlight: Robert Jackowski

I love my job and I love being able to help others. We are all more than just coworkers, we are family. The corporate culture at HFG is awesome from the events throughout the year to the friendly competitions of various nature.” Noting, his branch won this year’s Halloween decoration contest!

Robert Jackowski works out of the Tampa, FL branch at Homeowners Financial Group and joined us one year ago as a Help Desk Technician II. His role in the IT department has numerous components but in short, he makes sure our staff has the proper working technology to allow us to continue our excellent customer service for our mortgage clients. He is always up for the challenge of getting his co-workers the assistance they need quickly – and with a smile.

As HFG continues to grow, Robert looks forward to his future. “During my first year, I have found that there is always something new and exciting to learn. I feel as though I can continue to grow as the company grows and evolves,” he said.

When he is not working, Robert is a movie aficionado and a die-hard Star Wars fan. With the next installment of the movie series happening this month, May the Force be with you! He also enjoys participating in our charitable initiatives: “My favorite Charity Event was the diapers and cereal drive we had to benefit the local children’s home. To hear about how many families did benefit from the diapers our branch collected, it made me feel proud to be part of this special thing. We as Homies give back to our communities.”

Robert summarizes his daily work responsibilities and relationships in 3 words: Exciting, Positive, Rewarding. We appreciate his ability to project his personality in both his work and home life and our ability to provide that balance.
