This quote captures the essence of Tony De Leon, our esteemed Payroll Manager at Homeowners Financial Group. Since joining us in 2013, Tony has become the cornerstone of our payroll department, seamlessly blending his gentle demeanor with unwavering strength and precision in his role.  From Highlight to Highlight, Ashlyn Pinter HR Director paints his balanced portrait, “Tony was one of the first friends I made at HFG when I started almost 8 years ago. You will be hard pressed to find someone who genuinely cares about people more than Tony. I mean… his job is to make sure we all get paid! He goes above and beyond to accommodate people when they are in a pinch. He is incredibly smart and good at what he does. I think I learn something new from him every time I talk to him.”
