Appreciation For Our Veterans
On November 11th, 2018, the nation celebrates a very special Veteran’s Day as it will mark exactly 100 years since the end of World War I. HFG is extremely proud to employ Veterans and each year participates with Operation Shoebox to handwrite thank you cards to military personnel worldwide. Our branches also engage local schools and organizations to allow our communities to give personal messages of appreciation to our troops. As a way of extending our appreciation, we offer numerous mortgage products for both Veterans and those who are currently serving that can minimize down payment requirements and carry flexible underwriting guidelines. Through partnerships with state agencies, we also offer Down Payment Assistance that can provide funds to cover closing costs with extra benefits for military and first responders.
