About Tom Osselaer

Tom Osselaer is Chief Administrative Officer for Homeowners Financial Group and is responsible for the company’s Financial, Accounting, Secondary Marketing, and IT divisions.

Tom has worked in the financial services industry for more than 30 years. During that time he has been employed by both publicly traded and privately held firms, holding positions that included Investment & Bond Portfolio manager at Arizona’s largest savings bank and President of the largest mortgage servicing company in Arizona. Throughout his career, Tom has devoted his focus on understanding the market dynamics affecting mortgage loans.

Born in Indiana, Tom has lived in Arizona since 1961 and graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 1980. Tom is passionate about traveling, cooking, eating, and reading. He is married to Heidi, a published faculty associate in Women’s History at Arizona State University, and has two children, Ryan and Shannon.
