Making the move just got easier.

Beginning November 24, 2019, mortgage loan originators will no longer be required to wait for a new license after making the transition from a bank to a non-bank lender or to obtain a license in an additional state. Instead, loan originators may be granted “transitional authority” which will allow them to continue building their business as they work through licensing and testing requirements.

In the past, licensing delays may have been holding you back from switching jobs or moving across state lines. Thanks to the new rules of the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act, the days of waiting for a loan originator license or a new state license to expand your business are over!

With these new changes taking effect, it has never been easier for you to make the move to HFG. If you’re interested in an opportunity to grow with the best, visit our careers page today.
