We are pleased to announce that Caroline Conner, Director of Corporate Culture, SPHR was selected to join the 40 Under 40 Class of 2019 by the Phoenix Business Journal!

Nearly 500 nominations were reviewed and narrowed down to just 40 honorees by their panel of judges. Candidates were evaluated on the following criteria:

– Business success (financial results, career growth)
– Community involvement (volunteer work, advocacy)
– Leadership ability (public profile, reputation)
– Influence (impact on the region, on public policy, or on quality of life).

Caroline was honored at an award ceremony at Camelback Inn on August 8th, 2019 and featured in the August 9th edition of the Phoenix Business Journal.

Over the course of 12 years serving the growth and development of the company’s HR and Marketing Departments in Scottsdale, AZ, Caroline has overseen the internal and external branding efforts spearheading over 85 community awards including Fortune’s Best Workplaces and Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies.

Caroline currently spends time as a speaker and panelist for various Workforce Development groups and was chosen as HFG’s 2012 Employee of the Year, selected as a Mentor for Bizwomen Mentoring Mondays, named as a “Top 30 Business Leaders In Their 30s” from AZ Business Magazine, and honored as a Judith Krebs, PHR Memorial Volunteer of the Year Award Nominee from AZ SHRM. Outside of work, Caroline is heavily engaged in the community, serving on nonprofit boards and orchestrating multiple charity events. She and her husband Joe devote time to family, including their social media phenomenon dogs Nanook & Cedar (@nanookbear) who have over 20,000 followers.
