Lending a Hand. It can be to a friend who is moving, a community in need of support, or a company that looks to its staff to provide exceptional service to fellow coworkers. Participating regularly in our charitable initiatives, this month’s Highlight proudly wore her Lending a Hand shirt to support Veterans around the world sorting essentials for Packages From Home. Back at work, she has raving fans with her support of our employees and clients, with Licensed Mortgage Professional Jill Vavro confessing, “I just HAD to write you & let you know how wonderful Stacy has been to work with. Long story short….Stacy offered to help…called him and walked him through. He only had today to get this done & she helped us make it happen. Stacy going the extra mile was doubly important! Great employee!”

Stacy Roberts is a Mortgage Support Analyst working out of the Scottsdale, AZ corporate location and recently celebrated her 2nd Homieversary having started in March of 2018. In this role as a central hub for assistance, we appreciate her ability to virtually lend a hand to our employees in need of systems assistance, as well as our clients with technical assistance as needed. As consumers make one of the largest purchases of their lives with a new home, our team’s ability to assist them when these questions arise is a critical service to our Clients and something HFG is very proud of. Fellow Homie Hannah Rogers describes Stacy’s positive attitude and demeanor, saying  “Stacy is truly one of the sweetest, most genuine people I know! She continues to go above and beyond whenever anyone needs help and is always cracking jokes along the way. I’m thankful to have her as part of our HFG family!”

Outside of work, Stacy is an arts and crafts aficionado with her most recent hobby being making dice out of resin. Full disclosure – we had to Google that! Now that we have, the Corporate office looks forward to breakroom games of Yahtzee for sure. As a known artist, she loves to doodle and draw and add artwork to other employees’ workspaces. Of her favorite are Fantasy Manga characters and the drawn emotions are spectacular.
