About Nick Zurek

I have been in the mortgage industry for nearly 10 years, preceded by 10 years in banking. Excellent customer service has always been my focal point. I love to answer all of my customer’s questions so they can feel comfortable and informed before moving forward on a purchase or refinance. I’m familiar with all of the most common loan programs such as conventional, FHA and VA, but also renovation loans and down payment assistance programs. I grew up in Buffalo, N.Y., where I graduated from Buffalo State College with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. I am a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan! I moved to San Diego in 2009 and fell in love with the place. I’ve been here ever since!
