About Ray Henderson

Ray Henderson has been in mortgage lending since 1983 and has helped thousands purchase and refinance homes! He is married to his wife, Cheryl, and they have three married daughters and are grandparents to four. As a resident of Hoover, AL, Ray has seen a lot of positive changes in the Birmingham/Hoover area housing market since 1983. As a former teacher and coach, Ray feels he can breakdown the mortgage process into easy-to-understand steps, when helping first time buyers (and even next time buyers!). The mortgage world guidelines and processes are constantly evolving. Clients do not always understand what is required so Ray prides himself on being available and giving expert advice.
