Brian Burns is a seasoned Licensed Mortgage Professional with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. His background spans loan origination, asset management, and work as a real estate agent, giving him a comprehensive understanding of every stage of a real estate transaction. Over the course of his career, Brian has personally closed more than 600 transactions and is well-versed in navigating even the most complex deals.

Brian prides himself on top-notch communication, organization, and a hands-on approach. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned homeowners, he is committed to guiding borrowers from start to finish and proactively addressing any challenges that may arise along the way. His goal is to make the lending process as smooth, clear, and stress-free as possible.

A lifelong resident of North Metro Atlanta, Brian brings strong local market knowledge to every client relationship. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a degree in Business Management.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family—especially his two children—watching sports, and being outdoors. He takes great pride in his work and strives to be a trusted mortgage resource for his clients not just today, but for life.
