About Amber Laudenbach
Amber Laudenbach began her journey in the mortgage industry in November 2019. A Platinum Lender for MN Housing and a member of the St. Cloud Area Real Estate PR Committee, Amber is motivated to provide the best customer service to her clients while making sure the loan process and buying journey are seamless!
Before she found her love for being a Licensed Mortgage Professional, Amber was a Marketing Manager at a manufacturing company for nearly five years. It was during her time as the lead of the marketing department when she realized it was time for her to get back into the finance and banking industry. Prior to her marketing career, she was an Account Manager at an equipment finance division that financed optical and other healthcare equipment for practices nationwide.
Amber is a proud St. Cloud State University Alumni (Go Huskies!) who says: “the most enjoyable thing about my job as a mortgage lender is being able to help people make their dream of becoming a homeowner a reality.”

Born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, I bring a strong background in finance and management to my role as a Licensed Mortgage Professional (LMP) at Homeowners Financial Group. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with a minor in Finance from St. Cloud State University and spent several years as a financial advisor before stepping into the mortgage industry. In addition to my experience in finance, I’ve also developed leadership skills as a supervisor at Cold Spring, where I continue to oversee operations and support team success.
Now based in Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, I’m proud to serve both English and Spanish-speaking clients, with a special passion for helping members of the Hispanic community navigate the path to homeownership. As an LMP and member of the Latino Chamber of Commerce, I’m committed to guiding my clients with honesty, clarity, and care through one of life’s most meaningful investments.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with my wife and our two energetic huskies, catching a soccer match or Formula 1 race, or getting in a good workout.
