Darrin is a business-oriented, financial lending executive with over 28 years of experience in residential and commercial lending including construction and Acquisition and Development. His experience includes overseeing and managing the start-up of four businesses as well as growing previous companies by opening additional branches. He has worked in acquisitions by evaluating spread sheets and negotiating pricing for the purchase of such receivables. He has marketed himself, personally and his business, to develop strong working relationships with both clients and high end investors. Darrin has also planned and implemented strategies to strengthen these relationships to bring the highest quality of service and profitability to his clientele.

He is very innovative and brings a round sense of knowledge from all angles in the real estate and marketing business. Not only has he owned mortgage and development/investment businesses, he has also built and sold three homes in the last 5 years.
