As a Top Producer in the Southeast Region for the better part of his career, David Karamitros has always been dedicated to simplifying the mortgage process, whether a Refinance or the purchase of a new home. He and his team have long strived to be an integral part of the American Dream.

In 2011, David made the decision to transition into management as his ultimate goal was to be a servant leader. No different than his producing years, he instantly placed an emphasis on communication and making every effort to meet and exceed expectations and timeframes. His group’s calling card thus far is one of taking enormous pride in their industry knowledge and having a work ethic second to none. Billions of dollars have closed under David’s watch and tutelage, and he’d be the first to tell you that is a testament to an unwavering focus on customer service. David graduated college overseas with a double major in Finance & Business Management along with a minor in Communications. He’s married to his wife, Stafford, and they share three boys: Michael, Charlie, and Thomas. For the past nine years, he’s called Roswell, Georgia home. David attributes his competitiveness and drive for success to his involvement in sports from a very young age. Leadership was an evident trait from David’s scholar years as he was the co-captain of his collegiate basketball team. His friends and family will tell you that he is very proud of his Greek heritage.
