About James Deal

James has over 30 successful years of mortgage and real estate sales experience. He is considered a subject matter expert on all conventional, jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, and various specialty loan programs like GA Dream, bank statement, foreign national, and more.

James is personable and works very hard to make the mortgage process understandable for the clients he works with while walking them through each step so his clients feel confident in the process and expect a worry-free closing. James has worked tirelessly to attain a large stable of business partners and builders, and his (and his team’s) customer service is second to none. He is especially thrilled when he can work with repeat customers or personal referrals, as nothing says success like knowing people trust you with one of their biggest financial decisions.

Born in Macon, Georgia, James holds a BBA degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Georgia (UGA). Currently James resides in Lawrenceville with his wife, Stephanie. They have two grown sons and four beautiful grandchildren. James and his wife are avid Georgia football fans and can be found in Athens every fall attending UGA home football games and serving up super food and friendship at their tailgates.
