About Michael Pitts
Michael Pitts has been a mortgage industry professional since 1997 serving Upstate South Carolina and all of North Carolina. Service above and beyond expectations has been his motto from the beginning and the results of that are multitudes of happy and loyal clientele. His approach with customers is to make sure that all facets of the loan process are transparent, creating a true understanding and comfort with the home buying or refinance transaction.
Michael is a native of North Carolina but has called Greenville, South Carolina home since 1989. He graduated from the East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and is happily married to the biggest blessing GOD has given him, his wife Lisa. Between them they have four children and six grandchildren. They served as foster parents thru Miracle Hill Ministries for years loving nineteen children before they adopted their fourth child. Michael loves his family and his church. His spare time is spent in the yard and in the water…not so much the snow any more as that’s a bit harder on the body these days.

Kyle Brown is a Georgia native that’s been a mortgage industry professional since 2017. His approach with clients and business partners is to make the home loan process as convenient and transparent as possible. Kyle’s ability to listen to and understand the goals of each client, coupled with his extensive knowledge of mortgage products and guidelines, allows him to optimize the homebuying experience for everyone he works with.
When he’s not busy helping others with their home loans, Kyle is enjoying time with his wife, Heather, and their two children, Kaden and Kellen. Outside of the office, you can usually find him coaching little league soccer, golfing, or spending time with family.

Michael has from 15 years ago impressed me by finding the perfect mortgage when I didn't think it was possible. Ever since then, I have refered my kids to him when they want to buy their first and now second homes and came though for all 3 of them. 2 of them bought their first house at the age of 19!
