Hi, I’m Tonya!

As an Alabama native, I am blessed to call the Florida Panhandle my home! I have been living in the St. Andrew’s, Panama City, FL area since 2015 and love being involved in the community and helping my neighbors. I am married to Sterling, an active-duty airman stationed at Tyndall Air Force Base. Together with our 2 wonderful pups, we enjoy everything that our great community has to offer, from the sugar white sands and beautiful sunsets, to the local festivities and networking events. It is my love for community and the passion to make a difference that led me to pursue the field of mortgage lending.

My journey into the finance business started over 18 years ago. Originally from Dothan, Alabama, I started out my career at a local credit union doing consumer finance. After a couple of years, I ventured over into mortgage lending and have never looked back! Buying a home and choosing a mortgage is the largest and most important financial decision that most of us will make in our lifetime. The mortgage process can be time-consuming, overwhelming, and stressful. Being there to guide my clients through the entire home buying process, from application to closing, and doing so in a way that simplifies the steps and makes it easy to understand, is such a rewarding experience for me. I am focused on demonstrating the highest level of integrity and commitment with everyone I assist to prove I truly have their best interests at heart.
