Breanna Triebe“Almost everyone will make a good impression, but only a few will make a good lasting impression.” – Sonya Parker, Author

CEO and President Bill Rogers is an active participant in all of Homeowners Financial Group’s Orientation sessions. In true representation of the company he founded, we paraphrase his recurring message to all new employees: “We know you have a choice in where you can work, and we thank you for choosing us.”

This month’s highlighted Homie elevates the game in the Onboarding process not only because of her role with Homeowners, but also her own experiences. “This company cares so much about its people, and its people care so much about each other. I’m so proud to be a Homie every day. I look like the heart-eye emoji every time someone asks me about my job, what we do, and what makes it so special.”

As an ambassador of first impressions, Breanna Triebe is a Human Resources New Hire Specialist who started in June 2021. Her immediate impact on the organization has been felt in a short period of time.

“Breanna always has such a great attitude and strives to become an expert in whatever it is she is working on,” says HR Manager Ashlyn Pinter. “She has such a strategic mind and is always thinking about how a process can be improved upon to make it easier for all Homies. We are so lucky to have Breanna as part of our HR team!”

Assisting candidates in becoming Homeowners employees is a big responsibility, one that Breanna does not take lightly.

“Breanna brings her A game every day,” says Lauren Patel, Director of Human Resources. “She has a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and she works well with our current and future Homies.”

In her role, Breanna helps with navigating processes, procedures, and paperwork, all while providing a friendly face and promoting a family environment. In truth, she wishes everyone could be a Homie and loves being one of the first people available to those who select us as their future employer.

When Breanna is not interacting with her work family, she enjoys downtime with members of her life family. Along with their black lab Lemmy, she and her husband can be found enjoying the constant sunshine in Arizona. The couple are also avid gamers, with Dungeons and Dragons being their go-to for great interactions with friends who share the same passion. The storytelling aspect of gaming life also spills into some art appreciation as they enjoy painting miniatures of game characters in that spectrum.

Back at work, Breanna reflects on her role in the organization and how Homeowners takes the same approach to leading its people in their own journey.

“I have so many people within the company who I feel are rooting for me and want to see me succeed in everything I do,” she says. “I feel that for anything I set my mind to, I will have a personal cheer squad and people who will lift me up and help guide me.”

And it wouldn’t be Breanna unless she gave credit to the entire team.

“Ashlyn and Lauren create a wonderful environment in which learning and asking questions is welcome. They also encourage us to create goals and offer their time and knowledge to help us reach those goals. I also have a driven and knowledgeable team in Megan Burnes and Ashley Bourquin, who will help me get where I need to go.”

As Breanna is instrumental in assisting those at the start of their tenure with us, we look forward to being part of her own growth. Already feeling the support behind her, she adds, “The executive team is always available, and other departments have helped me grow, as have other individuals. If I wrote down everyone who is helping me succeed, it would be a very long list!”

Homeowners Financial Group adds Breanna to our own long list of those who make this a great place to work!

3 words that best describe Breanna: Impactful. Caring. Supportive.

We are always looking for experienced professionals who are committed to serving the needs of borrowers while maintaining a corporate culture focused on family. If this is you, please contact us at homeownersfg.com/careers for more information on becoming a Homie.
